RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Arcatron Mobility Pvt Ltd offers medical industry products but not limited to following categories
- Mobility Device such as Wheelchairs
- COVID-19 Protection supplies such as Oximeter, Infrared Thermometer, Masks, PPE, Masks, Sanitizer, etc.
- Health care devices such as Glucometer, BP Monitor, Nebulizer, etc.
Since all the products that we offer have a very crucial factor of Hygiene and Customer safety. Hence, We do not offer any return for a products in the above-mentioned categories.
We've to be strict about our return policy to keep out Customer' safety into consideration.
However, a customer can raise a Replacement request if He/She has received a damaged product or the product malfunctions under warranty period and defined usage instructions.
Order Cancellation is only allowed if the order package is yet to be shipped and the Refund of the invoice order value for the same gets initiated in 0-1 working days and may take up to 5-10 working days to settle back depending on your mode of payment.
A refund is only generated in case of cancellation, conditions are mentioned above.
Either of Return/Refund is not available for Gifts/Freebies sent from Arcatron Mobility Pvt Ltd.
