Frido 2000 has removable armrests for easy wheelchair transfers of the user. No lifting for caregivers anymore. With a Soft PU Material Keyhole Shaped Waterproof Seat Cushion and the proven ability to roll over the commode directly, Frido 2000 helps access toilets in a safe and dignified manner. Frido 2000 has a seat height of 22.5 inches. This eases transfers from the bed to the chair and allows the wheelchair to roll over the regular commode. Since all the products that we offer have a very crucial factor of Hygiene and Customer safety. Hence, We do not offer any return for a products in the above-mentioned categories.

Replacement
However, a customer can raise a Replacement request if He/She has received a damaged product or the product malfunctions under warranty period and defined usage instructions.
Cancellation
Order Cancellation is only allowed if the order package is yet to be shipped and the Refund of the invoice order value for the same gets initiated in 0-1 working days and may take up to 5-10 working days to settle back depending on your mode of payment.
