I am a paraplegic and It's been quite some years, since I've been looking for something like for my daily use. Finally, I discovered this one!
It's strong and well built. I got a call from the case manager right after I placed my order and she was polite and patient to answer my queries and got things perfectly done for me.
I got the chair yesterday, i.e., 1 January 2022.
The price is reasonable considering the material and built of the chair. It's quite small as compared to other shower wheelchair on the market. Also, it's easier to assembly and has many features that fit my need.
I'll be posting a review and update on the chair in every 6 months.

The wheelchair has good quality parts and operates smoothly, providing a good value for the money spent. Very helpful customer support - provided help with any specific customizations for the wheelchair, and the assembly process.

Frido Prime FPS005, a wheelable commode & shower chair is designed and manufactured specifically to cater the hygiene and daily common needs of individuals with spinal cord injury and muscular disorder related mobility limitations. Our wheelchair equips a swing away and detachable armrest for an easy bed to chair transfers and is also made up of the stainless steel 304 for maximum protection against rust. With a Keyhole shaped cushion and the proven ability to roll over the commode directly, the Frido Prime FPS005 is designed to access toilets in a safe and dignified manner. The Frido Prime FPS005 has 5 levels of height adjustments on rear wheels and 6 levels of height adjustments in the front wheel. Its commode height clearance ranges between 15.75-Inches to 19.75-inches, which not only eases the wheelchair to accommodate multiple bed heights but also allows the chair to roll over to different commode heights. This rolling shower commode chair has a tool-free assembly/dismantling and with the Quick Release Axles, it’s really easy to mount/Unmount Mag Wheels instantly. With the comfortability of our users in mind, this shower chair commode with wheels stocks a Waterproof Soft PU cushion and Tension adjustable backrest for longer and maximum comfort. In terms of safety, our self-propelled wheelchair has strong ergonomic braking in its 24 inches Mag wheels. Having outdoor caster wheels allows the user to visit appropriate outdoor places. It has a weight capacity of 120KGs. For daily activities, this wheeled commode chair also has a soft top seat cover to be placed over the commode seat for normal usage. A Swivel-in/Out & removable footrest for maneuvering in tight spaces. This self-propelled wheelchair can be used as Frido Prime Attendant Propelled by removing the Mag Wheels, brakes, and adding a pair of medical caster wheels at the rear end.

Since all the products that we offer have a very crucial factor of Hygiene and Customer safety. Hence, We do not offer any return for a products in the above-mentioned categories.
We've to be strict about our return policy to keep out Customer' safety into consideration.
Replacement
However, a customer can raise a Replacement request if He/She has received a damaged product or the product malfunctions under warranty period and defined usage instructions.
Cancellation
Order Cancellation is only allowed if the order package is yet to be shipped and the Refund of the invoice order value for the same gets initiated in 0-1 working days and may take up to 5-10 working days to settle back depending on your mode of payment.
Refund
A refund is only generated in case of cancellation, conditions are mentioned above.
